We want your shopping experience at Pea Pie Baby to be so phenomenal, you not only return a gazillion times but you tell your friends, who return a gazillion times, and they, in turn, tell their friends and so on. So to help make your shopping experience wonderful, here are some policies:

Shipping:
Packages are shipped as soon as possible, which usually means by the next business day. Our first priority is our little Pea Pie Baby, so sometimes we have unexpected delays to deal with. But please know that Elizabeth loves shopping and HATES having to wait for packages to arrive after snagging a great deal, so she tries her hardest to get your packages out within 24 business hours.
Shipping is calculated based on weight. ORDERS OVER $75 GET FREE SHIPPING!

In an effort to lessen our company's impact on our planet, we will, when possible, recycle packaging. If you want NEW packaging, please note that when you complete your oder.

Local customers: pick up your items for free! Enter "local" as a coupon code at check-out. (If you're not local but use that code, we will have to wait for shipping payment before we can process your order.) Local to us is Marion County, though we also frequent Alachua and Brevard counties.
Please contact us for pricing for expedited delivery, or if you'd like to purchase shipping insurance which is optional, but recommended.

Returns:
We carry only the highest-quality products at Pea Pie Baby and expect you will love them as much as we do. If you don't find them to your liking, we will accept returns within 14 business days. (Please note: some products do have longer manufacturer warranties.)

Custom orders can only be returned as an exchange or store credit!

Products must be unused and cannot smell of detergents, essential oils, etc... If an item has been washed, it can't be returned. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE FIT OF A DIAPER ON YOUR CHILD BEFORE WASHING! Once that diaper is washed, we can't accept it.

Returns will be credited in the original form of payment, minus the shipping.

If we goofed up on your order, we will ship your return back for free. If you changed your mind, we unfortunately have to ask you to pay to ship the new item.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, PayPal, checks and money orders. If you don't use PayPal, you can call or e-mail us with your credit card information and we will process it on our secure terminal and mail you a copy of your receipt. We do offer a 5% discount for parents of multiples.

Any check returned to us for non-payment will incur a $15 returned check fee. You will have to pay the NSF fee, in addition to the amount of the original check, either by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
