Pea Pie Policies

We want your shopping experience at Pea Pie Baby to be so phenomenal, you not only return a gazillion times but you tell your friends, who return a gazillion times, and they, in turn, tell their friends and so on.

So to help make your shopping experience wonderful, here are some policies:

Shipping:

Packages are shipped as soon as possible, which usually means by the next business day, if not the day you order.

In an effort to lessen our company's impact on our planet, we will, when possible, recycle packaging.

Local customers:

Pick up your items for free! Enter "local" as a coupon code at check-out. (If you're not local but use that code, we will have to wait for shipping payment before we can process your order.) Local to us is Marion County, though we also frequent Alachua and Brevard counties.

Please contact us for pricing for expedited delivery.

International Customers:

We are unable to ship any DryBees or Wahmies products to countries where another retailer exists already.

When free shipping is offered, international customers will receive a $9 credit toward their shipping but will be invoiced after placing their order to pay the remainder of their shipping total. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received. International customers also do not get the $5 flat-rate shipping offered and are responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Returns:

We carry only the highest-quality products at Pea Pie Baby and expect you will love them as much as we do. If you don't find them to your liking, we will accept returns within 14 business days. (Please note: some products do have longer manufacturer warranties.)

Products must be unused and cannot smell of detergents, cigarette smoke, essential oils, etc... If an item has been washed, it can't be returned.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE FIT OF A DIAPER ON YOUR CHILD BEFORE WASHING! Once that diaper is washed, we can't accept it. Custom orders can only be returned for store credit or exchanged.

Returns will be credited in the original form of payment, minus the shipping.

If we goofed up on your order, we will ship your return back for free. If you changed your mind, we unfortunately have to ask you to pay to ship the new item.
